FAQ

  • What is your shipping time?
    I need between 3-5 business days to make your order, but if I already have it made or get to it quicker then I will send it out asap. I'm usually pretty quick unless it is Halloween time.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. I only ship within the United States right now unless it is US Military shipping.
  • What are your mask sizes? Will they fit me?
    Smalls are made within a 5x7" rectangle and Larges are made within a 6x10". Masks do not always fulfill the entire rectangle. Sometimes I use sizes XS and Med. The reason for that is the mask is an unusual shape or requires ears, etc. If you need an exact size of a specific mask, you can message me. Most of the time the smalls fit small children and the larges fit big kids and adults. The elastic stretches to fit everyone~ the eye holes are usually what do not fit correctly in the XS and Med.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yep! Make your cart $35 or more and shipping is on me.
  • The post office lost my package, what do I do now?
    Once the post office scans your package it is out of my hands. I understand that things get lost, but it is not my responsibility to file a claim because I am the sender. I will communicate with you what is the best way to get you what you need. If the tracking says "delivered" then that is what I go by. If the package is lost in transit, then I will take the loss and resend you more after you message me with details. Thank you for understanding.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
