The small sized are made within a 5x7 inch base.  The large sized are made within 6x10 inch base. The smalls are usually for small children and the larges fit most larger children and adults. Some masks come in extra small and medium due to their designs. Those masks are best for toddlers and children.
 
Each mask has a piece of barbed elastic attached. The elastic stretches to fit almost all heads. If needed, you can tie a knot in the elastic making it extra small.
 
I handmake every mask with the help of my industrial embroidery machines. They are made from high quality felt and look exactly like the photo because I pay super close attention to detail and obsessively handle all the quality control myself.
