SHIPPING POLICY

Current ship times are in the banner on the top of the page. I do my best to get your package out as soon as possible. If you have a timeline in mind, please contact me before ordering. I do have shipping upgrades available, but they do not shorten the time that I need to make/process your order--only the time that the post office has your order. Once the post office scans your package and updates tracking, there is nothing more that I can do since it will literally be out of my hands. If your package is showing as "lost" please contact me.

RETURN POLICY

I do not allow for returns on custom products. Masks are for personal use and cannot be returned unless you speak to me within the first three days of receiving. If the mask does not fit, then we can figure something out, but I do not refund shipping and it will be subtracted from the return/exchange. If you have any issues with your order otherwise, please contact me so we can make things right. Thank you for understanding that I want to make you happy, but also need to protect my business from misuse of generosity.

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept many forms of payment through third party businesses. I do not obtain any of your financial information. Any questions of protection need to be handled with the third party that you chose.
